Application Process
Applying for a co-op home can look a little different than a typical rental. Due to funding agreements, we’re required to meet certain standards and collect additional information from applications.
Fuller-findlay Housing Co-op is designed to be a mixed-income community supporting a range of incomes and household sizes.
The range of rents is designed to maintain a viable co-op while being affordable to people with a broad mix of incomes.
