What are the Qualifications?<\/h2>\n

As part of your application, we need to collect some additional information, including an income verification.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

These checks include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Household size must correspond with number of bedrooms within the home<\/li>\n
  • Monthly housing charges will not exceed 30% of gross income<\/li>\n
  • Pass credit and reference checks<\/li>\n
  • Preference to those who live or work in Vancouver<\/li>\n
  • Canadian Citizenship or residency status<\/li>\n
  • Gross annual household income of the applicant(s) must not exceed the maximum income for applicable unit type.<\/li>\n

    **Rent Geared to Income (RGI) homes require household incomes to meet BC Housing income limits as monthly housing charges are set at 30% of the total household income.\u00a0
