Why a co-op?<\/h2>\n

Co-ops offer members advantages often not available in other forms of housing.<\/p>\n

Co-ops are communities in the truest sense of the word, fostering ongoing relationships with neighbours. Members purchase a share to join (similar to a damage deposit) and pay a monthly housing charge (similar to rent), but unlike being a renter, members have a voice in co-op governance.<\/p>\n

While in a co-op, members can live in their home as long as they wish and have a say in the decisions in how they are managed.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/section>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
